Text Box: Originally from Peru, César Carrasco has been living in Neuchâtel for many years now.

Text Box: me allergic to the chemical products used in cleaning the oil paint from his brushes. For this reason, he has turned to oil crayons/pastels, which he can deal with using his fingers alone.

César now works full time at Objectif Réussir in the Bevaix train station as a reporter for the Street Newspaper published by this association. Bit by bit, he is also taking over the layout of the paper.  His articles are very piercing in their perception of the world around him and his adopted country, Switzerland.
